Flammelamper

There is not only something very attractive – but also magical – about an open fire. Flames speak to the primal man in us!

I am very impressed by the stylish flame lamps from the German company Höfats. They can be used both outside and inside.

The special design that admits air from below creates a flame rotation using convection effect, which causes the flame to rise and boost by 500%.

The bioethanol for the 40 cm high lamp has a burning time of 60 minutes. The 54 cm high lamp burns for 80 minutes. After this, it must be topped up.

Each lamp consists of a foot, a cup for fuel, a glass tube (made of borosilicate glass) and a lid that extinguishes the fire in seconds.
